Assist in executing daily food preparation at CityGate Grille. This role involves covering all stations, assisting with food preparation according to guest orders and supervisor instructions, and prepping food for service in accordance with standardized recipes. The cook will also be responsible for setting up their station, ensuring an efficient work area, following recipes and portion controls, restocking items, supporting training of other staff, reporting equipment issues, properly storing food, and assisting with cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen and storage areas.
