The Cook’s Helper is responsible for assisting the cooks in preparing recipes and food items in accordance with the Executive Chef’s requirements. This role involves preparing various food items through sautéeing, broiling, frying, baking, and grilling, as well as performing essential preparation tasks like cutting, slicing, and dicing. The Cook's Helper will also assist in operating kitchen equipment such as the grill, fryer, broiler, oven, and French top, ensuring timely preparation of ingredients and maintaining accurate supply levels. Responsibilities include restocking stations, adhering to safety and health codes, maintaining cleanliness, and performing other assigned duties.
