About The Position
As a Convention Services Manager, you will coordinate and execute group events from planning through completion, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, managing all logistics to ensure flawless meetings, conferences, and conventions. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- A college degree or two years of hotel experience
- Previous experience in a similar or related position

- Completed special certifications
Responsibilities
- Build excellent relationships with clients and hotel associates to ensure that all hotel events are seamlessly turned over from sales to service back to sales.
- Create BEOs and group resumes.
- Communicate client expectations to the hotel team.
- Maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
