Requirements

  • 3 years industrial maintenance experience minimum
  • Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred).
  • Experience with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, industrial networking, and instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and industrial controls.
  • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree or tradeschool certificate preferred

Responsibilities

  • Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specifications
  • Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
  • Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization
