The Contractor Compliance Administrator will oversee the Independent Contractor Program, including recruiting, interviewing/qualifying, onboarding, and sustaining the program. This role involves implementing processes and procedures to effectively recruit, onboard, and maintain documentation for janitorial and non-janitorial Independent Contractors. The Administrator will work closely with the operations team to keep them updated on the roster of eligible and ineligible Independent Contractors.
