About the position

As a Contract Analyst at Michelin Connected Fleet, you will play a pivotal role in the billing process, responsible for the accuracy and processing of contracts. The role is critical to our customer experience with focus on data integrity. Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer contract and account files in accordance with company's policies and procedures
  • Conduct analysis by identifying potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization leveraging contract data in ERP/CRM (Salesforce-CPQ, Microsoft Dynamics) and other tools such as our customer-facing platform and online bill payment portal
  • Provide our internal departments with the assistance needed to access, generate and interpret contract files for new and existing customers
  • Interface with other departments as needed to facilitate the timely resolution of customer contract requests
  • Be the internal voice and advocate for the customer to identify inconsistencies with contract data
  • Ensure timely communication of acknowledgements, status updates, and resolution of any contract related questions or issues
  • Possess superior attention to detail for accurate data entry of contracts
  • Process 50+ contract amendments daily into internal contract database
  • Identify and continually seek opportunities for process and system improvements and efficiency; collaborate with team and other departments to test and implement enhancements.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years prior experience in a contract administration role or a related field with experience with SalesForce/CPQ for contract management
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Strong typing speed of 45+ wpm
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to work with customers in a professional manner under stressful situations
