About The Position

Flighthouse is looking to hire a Contractor that will support the Network team by managing a portfolio of 7-8 Instagram pages, each with a distinct voice, audience, and content focus. This role is primarily responsible for consistent content execution, meeting daily posting cadence, and driving performance across assigned pages. The Contractor will contribute to ongoing music, brand, and entertainment campaigns by publishing content using provided assets and direction, ensuring all posts are timely, platform-native, and aligned with campaign requirements. This is a high-output role focused on maintaining consistency, increasing views and impressions, and improving overall engagement rates across the network.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content execution, or digital media
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, meme formats, and social media trends
  • Ability to execute high-volume content output while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Understanding of performance metrics such as views, impressions, and engagement rate
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva (CapCut or Adobe tools are a plus)
  • Ability to follow creative direction and execute within established guidelines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Prior experience managing or assisting with social media accounts is preferred; this may include internships, freelance work, managing personal or theme pages, or running accounts for organizations or brands.
  • Equivalent experience managing personal or freelance social media accounts will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain 7-8 Instagram pages, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with each page’s voice and audience
  • Meet required daily posting cadence, with a primary focus on delivering a minimum of 2 posts per day across assigned pages
  • Schedule content in advance, including preparing weekend posts ahead of deadlines
  • Execute posts for ongoing music and branded campaigns using provided assets, direction, and site lists
  • Adapt and edit client-provided assets to fit page aesthetics and tone of voice
  • Monitor and engage with audiences through comments, reactions, and direct messages as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and apply relevant formats to improve content performance
  • Focus on increasing page performance, including views, impressions, and engagement rates
  • Track and analyze page performance using Instagram insights to inform execution and optimization
  • Submit monthly performance reports outlining key metrics and growth progress
  • Contribute to monetization efforts through Instagram’s native earnings features
