Requirements

  • 4+ years in content marketing at a B2B SaaS or tech company — you know the space, the buyers, and the content formats that move the needle.
  • A strong writer with range: you can write a punchy social post and a compelling long-form piece, and both feel intentional.
  • A portfolio that shows craft, strategic thinking, and real results, not just output volume.
  • Sharp instincts for content distribution and amplification: you don't just create, you think about how content gets in front of the right people.
  • Collaborative to the core — you know how to work well with creative teams, contribute your own ideas, and make the work better together.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with global teams; cultural fluency and communication clarity matter in this role.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO, content analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Figma, Canva, Gemini, or Jasper.
  • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once without dropping quality.
  • Work samples required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience contributing to or influencing content strategy in a multi-regional marketing organization.
  • Background in editorial, journalism, or brand writing.
  • Experience managing freelancers or content agency partners.
  • Familiarity with frontline industries like hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or similar and the employee experience category.
  • Experience with paid social copywriting or growth-oriented content formats.

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling content across the full mix: web copy, emails, social, ads, thought leadership, case studies, event materials, sales enablement, and campaign assets.
  • Develop ideas for marquee content — research reports, hero campaigns, signature content series — and think creatively about how to maximize their reach, longevity, and audience engagement.
  • Work with the Director to shape content narratives that reflect our category point of view and build brand authority in North America.
  • Bring fresh thinking to always-on programs: editorial, customer stories, social content, and demand-gen-connected content.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, and growth to develop integrated content that supports launches, campaigns, and pipeline goals.
  • Work directly with our creative team to brief, develop, and produce content — you bring the strategy and story and you help bring the execution to life together.
  • Collaborate with the global content team to ensure North American content reflects and helps set the standard for quality and approach across regions.
  • Build strong working relationships with sales, customer success, and other teams to surface insights, stories, and use cases that fuel content.
  • Use AI tools, including Gemini and Jasper, thoughtfully to accelerate production, explore ideas, and scale output without compromising quality or distinctiveness.
  • Help develop and refine AI-assisted content workflows that the broader team can adopt - stay sharp on how AI is changing how buyers discover and consume content, and factor that into how content is planned and structured.
  • Manage your content pipeline end-to-end using Asana — briefs, timelines, reviews, and delivery.
  • Track, report on, and act on content performance data — you know what metrics matter and why.
  • Bring a content distribution mindset to every asset: who is this for, where will they find it, and what will make them engage.
