The Contact Center Associate I is responsible for delivering excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants across all branches of the Association; responding to inquiries regarding all Associational events, activities, programs and questions; meeting the member and guest needs; and promoting memberships and programs. The YMCA of Greenville is a dynamic and rapidly growing association that seeks to strengthen the community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. This position's schedule is for Monday - Friday shifts from 8am - 2pm. Ability to pick additional shifts or trade, as needed. Flexibility in scheduling needed between the hours of 8am - 6pm, as a floater.
