About the position

As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients on the phone or online and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a team environment and a great insight into the world of banking, insurance, and wealth management to build a foundation for a career in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, chat requests and emails from external and internal customers to assist them with general account questions, debit cards, online banking and fraud.
  • Help clients by verifying account information and assisting with transactions.
  • Educate clients on German American products and services.
  • Guide clients when they are not sure where to go next by engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong listening skills to understand and identify opportunities to better serve the customer.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual/Multilingual.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Knowledge of Banking.
