Requirements

  • Solid sales experience.
  • Active driver's license category B for more than 1 year.
  • Knowledge of Office Suite.
  • Completed High School.
  • Ability to work with goals and focus on results.
  • Motivation to sell and overcome challenges.
  • Empathy to gain customer trust, with optimism and persistence.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales goals, ensuring performance and excellence in results.
  • Execution of sales pillars: scheduling appointments, managing advertisements, capturing referrals, and consultative customer service.
  • Accompany the entire sales process, from negotiation to vehicle delivery, including post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
