About the team: You will be part of the Commercial Operations team, responsible for representing our clients through our solutions, selling products and services from partners like Banco BV, C6 Bank, Claro, Nio, and Fit Energia.

Requirements

Availability to work in a goal-oriented environment with operational routine and a 44-hour work week.
Experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service.
Experience with sales of financial products/services.
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct active and passive customer service with clients from all over Brazil, managing the sales journey from start to closing.
Understand customer needs through effective probing and direct them to the best solution among available products.
Conduct negotiations clearly and strategically, overcoming objections and aiming for quality conversions.
Work with a focus on goals and performance indicators, monitoring results and seeking constant improvement.
Register and track interactions in CRM, ensuring portfolio organization and sales funnel visibility.
Collaborate with the team, sharing learnings and contributing to the collective evolution of results.
