About the position
Consultants are responsible for supporting analyses under the guidance of other professionals from initial kick-off through preparation of deliverables including presentations and reports. Specific project responsibilities include the support of and/or direct execution of the following.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and analyze financial models and databases.
- Reviewing estimates & cost reports.
- Preparing project status presentations & update reports.
- Review, organize, and analyze documents.
- Compile detailed research, fact finding, and analysis.
- Damages quantification.
- Analysis of complex commercial construction project schedules.
- Perform quality control review and proper documentation of work product.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Applicants must have degree in one of the following concentrations: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Science.
- 2-5 years of industry experience.

- Strong quantitative, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) is a plus but not required.
- Detail oriented.
- Must be willing to travel and work overtime as needed.
