Construction Leader
About The Position
The primary role of the Construction Superintendent is to oversee Mine Construction Operations, personnel, and the Logistics, Engineering, Administration, Project Controls, Safety, and training teams associated with subcontractors performing surface construction. The main function is to ensure achievable weekly and monthly plans are produced and that teams execute these plans safely and efficiently on a shift-by-shift basis. This role is responsible for monitoring Weekly, Monthly, and KPI compliances daily and directing supervisors to ensure focus is provided in the correct areas to achieve targets.
