We will not risk safety under any circumstances Always promoting a team attitude in respect to all that we do Job description: Control, plan, and organize construction operations on a daily basis Ensure a successful project completion by preparing three to six weeks of construction resource schedules and monitoring progress against the master schedule Keep and maintain project diary, As-Built drawings, and inspection reports Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure work scopes and schedules are accurate Control all site logistics of all works including subcontractors, suppliers, and own forces Ensure daily communication with the Project Manager and other applicable team members regarding the status of the construction including any concerns or discrepancies All permit requirements, third-party inspections, commissioning, training, and handover must be managed, controlled, and recorded

Requirements

  • A Team Attitude - ability to follow directions and take guidance
  • Strong Safety Acumen - being safety conscious is a must, and adherence to all Health & Safety Policies and Procedures is mandatory
  • Problem Solving Skills – must be able to provide effective solutions to various construction concerns
  • Strong Communication Skills – this role requires daily communication with the Project Managers, Coordinators, Admin staff and Field staff
  • Flexibility – must be able to work out of town as required
  • Your own vehicle – must have a reliable means of transportation

Responsibilities
