Construction Project Manager - SD
About The Position
System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our team with a professional, driven Construction Project Manager. In this position, you’ll manage the project installations and act as the point of contact for our homeowners. By working with System Pavers, you’ll be provided with the necessary training and support from our wonderful team and enjoy a robust support system based on our three decades of experience. Requirements
- Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews.
- Experience with residential construction projects.
- Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers).
- Knowledge of grading and drainage.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Positive “can do” attitude is critical.
- Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
- A background check will be conducted for this position.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing construction job sites.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple job sites.
- Manage multiple crews.
- Crew recruitment.
- Main point of contact with homeowners during installation.
- Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied.
- Daily updates upon job site inspections.
- Change orders and “up selling”.
