The position is for a Construction Project Manager located at Total Restoration Solutions in Greater Cincinnati, OH, specializing in fire, wind, and water restoration projects across the area. The competitive pay for this role ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of construction projects.
  • Oversee subcontractor work and inspect properties regularly to ensure adherence to project plans, budget, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and report updates to the Area Manager.
  • Analyze and resolve any issues that arise on the job site to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any violations as necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Foster strong relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Proactively manage delays due to weather or emergencies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead and supervise teams, ensuring alignment with Towne Properties' values and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience plus 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques.
  • Proven project management and self-management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and complex instructions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to customers, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Basic math skills and a working knowledge of geometry and algebra.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel).
  • Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changes in project scope or timelines.
