About the position
The Construction Project Manager Trainee at NVR is a structured training role designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage the home-building process effectively. Trainees will work closely with experienced Project Managers, gaining hands-on experience in overseeing construction projects while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Participate in NVR's comprehensive training program that includes classroom and on-the-job experience.
- Positively impact the customer experience while collaborating with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
- Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope.
- Supervise and schedule sub-contractors while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order building materials, and effectively manage customer relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Current Driver's License.
- Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.
