Water meters shall be designed to accommodate and be integrated with future water meter improvements in Chisos Basin and Oak Springs. Meters and supporting equipment should allow for integration between all locations (Chisos Basin, Oak Springs and Panther Junction). Rio Grande Village The purpose of the Rio Grande Village distribution system improvements is to connect two dead end branches of the existing distribution system with new piping to provide a looped distribution system. In addition to the looped system, all meters in Rio Grande Village will be replaced. Water meters shall be designed to accommodate future water meter improvements in Chisos Basin and Oak Springs. Meters and supporting equipment should allow for integration between all locations (Chisos Basin, Oak Springs and Panther Junction).
