About the position

RPM Staffing is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the role of Construction Laborers in Trenton, Texas. This position involves assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring a safe and organized work environment, and collaborating with skilled tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for construction activities.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on site.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as needed based on project demands.
