About the position

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This temporary position plays a crucial role in our construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of various tasks on-site. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on-site.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory along with a vehicle.
