About the position
The Senior Manager in Connected Supply Chain at PwC will lead efforts to optimize supply chain operations for clients, transforming them into strategic assets that drive growth and profitability. This role involves developing supply chain strategies, managing logistics, and integrating business planning solutions while fostering a collaborative team environment and addressing complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for clients.
- Optimize supply chain footprint and logistics management.
- Manage transportation and distribution processes.
- Lead integrated business planning solutions development.
- Encourage team collaboration and open communication.
- Address ambiguous and unstructured problems effectively.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and propose solutions proactively.
- Contribute technical knowledge in supply chain management.
- Navigate complexities of diverse teams and engagements.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or consulting.
- Proven record of success in designing and implementing supply chain technologies.
- Strong understanding of demand planning and forecast development.
- Experience in quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Certifications such as APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, or ISM CSM are preferred.
- Experience with o9 technology and planning tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain performance indicators and S&OP processes.
