Responsibilities
- Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Providing information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
- Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
- Greeting potential residents, families, and visitors.
- Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.
Requirements
- Current and active CNA license (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Ability to interact with people of varying personalities and temperaments
- Initiative to resolve immediate problems.
