The Concierge at Northampton Post Acute plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Providing information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
  • Greeting potential residents, families, and visitors.
  • Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.

Requirements

  • Current and active CNA license (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
  • Ability to interact with people of varying personalities and temperaments
  • Initiative to resolve immediate problems.
