About The Position

Come be a part of the revolution! As the Concierge at Fieldstone, you will serve as the primary contact person at the front desk of the community. You will provide exceptional customer experience through your phone contact and in-person services for guests, residents, clients and team members. You will perform a variety of clerical, customer service, valet and customer-focused tasks as needed at any given time. You will directly impact the success of our team, and our community, as you will often be the first impression of our organization.

Requirements

CNA certified required

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact person at the front desk of the community
Provide exceptional customer experience through your phone contact and in-person services for guests, residents, clients and team members
