About the position
Garden Villas North is seeking a part-time Concierge for evening shifts at their retirement and assisted living community. The successful candidate will work every other weekend and must possess strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members, and visitors.
- Manage the telephone switchboard and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Basic computer skills and typing ability.
- Strong communication skills.
