About the position

The Concessions Cook at Aiken Ford Arena is responsible for preparing and serving food at the grill station, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards. This role emphasizes high-quality food service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service and maintains records from the area worked during service periods.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator safely.
• Stores foods in designated areas following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to the supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Performs job safely while maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements
