The Comptroller's Office is seeking an IT Asset and Contract Management Analyst to support the procurement and management of software and hardware assets. This role involves overseeing the asset and contract management lifecycle, collaborating with various divisions, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Responsibilities

• Prepare solicitations for software, hardware, and professional services, coordinating evaluation and selection of vendor responses.
• Administer the enterprise-wide IT asset management program, providing direction on best practices and procedures.
• Manage and document complex IT contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Assist end-users and contract managers with all phases of the procurement process or contract lifecycle.
• Monitor contractor performance and report on compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of experience in developing Statements of Work, Asset Management, or Property Management with a focus on IT assets.
• Three years of experience in contract administration and management.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, computer science, law, or a related field.
• Three years' experience with IT procurements and contracts in a Texas state agency.
• Certification as a Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) or similar.
