About The Position

This role is responsible for reviewing batch cards and checking raw material status before beginning the preweigh process. The Compounder/Preweigher will prepare necessary paperwork, including in-process labels and weight sheets, ensuring the accuracy of weighed raw materials according to batch card requirements. This position also involves recording inventory movement and locations of raw materials, cleaning and sanitizing department equipment and components, and maintaining the housekeeping of production lines for a safe and clean workspace. Additionally, the role requires verifying the accuracy of weight scales and adhering to established safety rules and GMP requirements. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience working with equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic weights, measurements and math skills.
• Computer literate.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities
