We support engineering teams through internal validation, pre-compliance testing, certification planning, and regulatory approvals across robotic systems, electronics, wireless technologies, and electromechanical products. Working closely with Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Systems Integration, Product Safety, and external certification partners, we identify compliance risks early and help ensure products reach market efficiently and successfully. You will own internal EMC pre-compliance testing, laboratory operations, certification logistics, test reporting, and coordination with external compliance laboratories. You will support EMC troubleshooting efforts by identifying failure modes, collecting diagnostic data, isolating potential interference sources, and documenting findings. You will work closely with Electrical Engineering and the Staff EMC/EMI Lead Engineer to drive issues toward resolution. This role focuses on test execution, laboratory operations, certification readiness, and technical troubleshooting support. Ownership of EMC design requirements, mitigation strategies, architecture decisions, and hardware design recommendations remains with Electrical Engineering and the Staff EMC/EMI Lead Engineer.
