About The Position

Hut 8 is seeking a highly organized, process-oriented Compliance Administrator to help build and scale the operational infrastructure supporting the company’s compliance and corporate governance functions. This role will serve as a key operational partner to the Legal team, helping manage the administrative and process-driven components of a growing public company compliance program across a rapidly evolving energy and digital infrastructure platform. Working closely with Legal, HR, Finance, IT, and other business teams, you will help operationalize and maintain core compliance processes, including policy governance, training and certification programs, whistleblower reporting workflows, subsidiary and corporate record management, and compliance tracking systems. This role is highly execution-oriented and best suited for someone who enjoys building process discipline, driving follow-through across teams, and creating organizational structure in fast-moving environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple recurring workstreams simultaneously while helping the company remain organized, audit-ready, and scalable as the business continues to grow. This role offers the opportunity to help build and mature foundational compliance and governance infrastructure within a high-growth public company environment.

Requirements

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing recurring compliance and governance processes with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience supporting legal and compliance functions within a corporate environment, preferably for a public company or regulated business.
  • Comfortable coordinating organization-wide compliance training initiatives and communicating clearly with employees and business teams regarding policy, certification, and governance requirements.
  • Comfortable working in environments where processes are still evolving and are capable of bringing organization, consistency, and accountability to developing systems and workflows.
  • Comfortable following up persistently and professionally across departments to drive completion of compliance-related tasks and initiatives.
  • Exercises sound judgment when handling confidential information and sensitive internal matters.
  • Process-driven, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with compliance management, workflow tracking, or training administration systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s compliance calendar to ensure key corporate policies, governance processes, and recurring compliance obligations are reviewed, updated, and administered on required timelines.
  • Coordinate company-wide compliance training and certification programs, including employee communications, policy acknowledgments, annual certifications, completion tracking, reporting, and follow-up with business stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and recurring compliance initiatives related to the Code of Conduct, insider trading, anti-corruption, whistleblower, and other corporate compliance policies.
  • Support administration of whistleblower and ethics hotline processes, including maintaining secure records, tracking workflows, and coordinating internal reporting procedures.
  • Organize and maintain compliance-related documentation, governance records, and supporting materials to facilitate audits, financing activities, strategic transactions, and diligence requests.
  • Generate recurring compliance reports, dashboards, certifications, and status updates for Legal leadership and other internal stakeholders.
  • Help improve and standardize compliance-related workflows, templates, tracking tools, and documentation practices as the company’s legal and compliance infrastructure continues to scale.
