About The Position

This exciting career opportunity will oversee all housekeeping operations at both Casa Marina Key West and The Reach Key West resorts. Casa Marina Key West is a historic property with 311 guest rooms, multiple food & beverage offerings, and over 11,000 square feet of function space, located on Key West's largest private beach. The Reach resort boasts 150 guestrooms, 1 restaurant, and over 4,300 square feet of meeting space. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, proven success in overseeing a large team, and a talent for mentoring and developing others. A luxury hotel background is preferred.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of Housekeeping Management experience is required.
