Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process customer complaints from initial stage to completion.
- Enter price adjustments when market changes.
- Will be trained by incumbent.
- Accountable for assigned job tasks and projects.
