This job is responsible for providing analytical support for the design and execution of compensation programs aligned with business strategy. Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, benchmarking, and supporting program administration under the guidance of senior consultants or managers. Job expectations include applying independent judgment and contributing to compensation strategy through accurate and timely insights. The Compensation Consultant will join the Global Markets/Global Corporate & Investment Banking/Enterprise Credit/Global Risk Management Compensation Reporting team. Will be a key resource for compensation reporting and analytics, partnering with Compensation teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform compensation strategy and decisions. This role is responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining standardized and ad hoc compensation reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance. The role will focus on advanced quantitative analysis, trend identification, and the development of dashboards and reporting tools to support compensation planning cycles and ongoing business needs. The Consultant will also translate complex compensation data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and data management.
