  • Support the annual compensation review process, including system setup, data validation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Partner with the leadership and Finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.
  • Manage and analyze benefits program data (health, retirement, wellness, etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage administration of benefits and leave programs as a primary contact for employee questions.

  • Experience conducting job evaluations and compensation benchmarking (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Pave).
  • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to explain complex information to non-experts.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative working style.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and tools like Rippling, Gusto, or Workday.
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements in the U.S. (and ideally some exposure to global benefits).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Geo based and International compensation and benefits.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package including competitive compensation.
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage.
  • Generous time-off policy.
  • Opportunity to contribute to your 401k plan.
  • Home office improvement stipend.
  • Annual education and wellness stipends.
  • Vibrant company culture through regular events.
  • Healthy lunches daily.
