We're looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager (Total Rewards Manager) to join our People team as we scale. In this role, you'll partner closely with HR, Finance, and leadership to help design, analyze, manage, and evolve compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Glean's mission and values.
