About The Position

Diana Health is seeking a mission-driven, energetic, and highly networked Community Outreach & Engagement Manager to lead brand building, outreach, and community development in Beaumont, TX, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on raising awareness of Diana Health's services, building and nurturing relationships with clients, referring providers, and community partners to improve patient outcomes and drive referrals. The position requires a reliable personal vehicle and smartphone, and involves both remote work and on-site presence in the Beaumont region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in sales or a role focused on relationship-building in diverse communities
  • Available evenings and weekends for events
  • Access to reliable personal transportation
  • Able to develop, work against, and manage to a budget
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences
  • Strong project planning, organizational, and data management competency
  • Technologically proficient, comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems, reporting tools, and a variety of technology platforms

Responsibilities

  • Articulate the Diana Health mission, model of care, and differentiators to the community.
  • Research, identify, and build partnerships with key community, local business, and social activity hubs.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Diana Health's care model, services, and provider team.
  • Build, augment, and nurture networks of local referring providers (e.g., primary care, pediatricians, urologists, fertility practices).
  • Build, augment, and nurture networks of birth community providers (e.g., doulas, lactation consultants, massage therapists, chiropractors).
  • Visit practices and birth community members to build relationships, provide collateral, and host educational meetings.
  • Own and update local resource recommendation guides.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM contact database.
  • Own setup and maintenance of the local Google Business Profile.
  • Participate in local online groups (e.g., Facebook) to promote Diana Health and gather insights.
  • Assist in identifying and capturing patient testimonials.
  • Participate in social sharing of company social media content.
  • Host and sponsor community events to build brand awareness.
  • Create and manage an annual outreach plan and calendar with a focus on ROI.
  • Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities with partners.
  • Identify hyperlocal marketing opportunities to drive new patient volume.
  • Represent Diana Health in local community organizations, networking groups, and civic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Central Marketing & Operations Teams.
  • Own the Beaumont, Texas practice team webpage.
  • Share needs for print and digital collateral with the team.
  • Capture film/photos of the Beaumont practice, team members, and community events.
  • Assist with local marketing and public relations opportunities.
  • Capture, maintain, and analyze key performance data and update reports/dashboards.
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to share information and insights.
  • Develop relationships with local counterparts at partner hospitals for joint marketing and outreach.
