About The Position

Diana Health is seeking a mission-driven, energetic, and highly networked Community Outreach & Engagement Manager to lead brand building, outreach, and community development in Beaumont, TX and surrounding areas. This role is crucial for raising awareness about Diana Health's practice and services, building a loyal network of clients, referring providers, and community partners. The ideal candidate will leverage and expand their existing network to foster trusted relationships and represent Diana Health as the face of the organization in the region. This is a remote position that requires travel within the Beaumont area and time spent at the practice. Reliable personal transportation and use of a personal smartphone for work are necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in sales or a role focused on relationship-building in diverse communities
  • Available evenings and weekends for events
  • Access to reliable personal transportation
  • Able to develop, work against, and manage to a budget
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences
  • Strong project planning, organizational, and data management competency
  • Technologically proficient, comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems, reporting tools, and a variety of technology platforms

Responsibilities

  • Articulate the Diana Health mission, model of care, and differentiators to the community and individuals met.
  • Research, identify, and build partnerships with key community hubs, local businesses, and social activity centers where women gather.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Diana Health's care model, services, and provider team.
  • Build, augment, and nurture networks of local referring providers (e.g., primary care, pediatrics, urology, fertility) and birth community providers (e.g., doulas, lactation consultants, massage therapists, chiropractors).
  • Visit practices and birth community members to build relationships, provide collateral, host educational meetings, and ensure closed-loop communication on referred clients.
  • Offer practice tours and service overviews.
  • Own and update local resource recommendation guides for vetted local providers and community partners.
  • Maintain an organized CRM contact database for reporting, communication, and relationship management.
  • Set up and maintain the local Google Business Profile to drive organic search traffic.
  • Participate in local online groups (e.g., Facebook) to promote Diana Health and gather insights.
  • Assist in identifying and capturing patient testimonials for marketing.
  • Participate in social sharing of company social media content.
  • Host and sponsor community events to build brand awareness and connections.
  • Create and manage an annual outreach plan and calendar focused on positive ROI from target audiences.
  • Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities with partners.
  • Identify hyperlocal marketing opportunities to drive new patient volume.
  • Represent Diana Health in local community organizations, networking groups, and civic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Central Marketing & Operations Teams.
  • Own the Beaumont, Texas practice team webpage, ensuring bios, headshots, and information are up-to-date.
  • Share needs for print and digital collateral with the marketing team.
  • Capture film/photos of the practice, team, and events for digital channels.
  • Assist with local marketing and public relations opportunities.
  • Capture, maintain, and analyze key performance data, updating reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to share information and insights for improving patient experience and volume.
  • Develop relationships with local hospital counterparts for joint marketing and outreach.
