Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fundamental computer skills, including general web browsing and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • One or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities desirable
  • Sufficient physical stamina and mobility for lifting, carrying, bending, pushing and pulling. This may apply to the support of individuals and/or the products/materials related to the support of individuals
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an agency van.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager of CF in coordinating tasks for the CF program.
  • Support the daily operation and development of the program.
  • Assist in training of CF staff.
  • Manage a caseload, which includes the development, implementation, monitoring, and modification of individual outcomes consistent with the Individual Personal Plan.
  • Assist in the development/scheduling of community groups and provide on-going monitoring of the activities to include individual documentation and outcomes data.
