We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Community Association Manager to manage an onsite community association. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a community association and be committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients. Applicant should have experience with site inspections, covenant enforcement, assisting boards with day-to-day aspects of managing an association, preparing for and conducting association meetings, reviewing financial reports, preparing budgets, project management, preparing service bids, and overseeing contractors. Applicants must also be knowledgeable with Florida Statutes and be proficient with understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents of an association. The position requires the Community Association Manager to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency consultation in the event of incidents requiring management intervention. All services of the Community Association Manager are under the direct supervision of the General Manager.
