Requirements

• 2 years of college or 2 years business experience.
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Callidus incentive system(s).
• Knowledge of BlueStar, Producer Manager, Hallmark System 80.
• Knowledge of HCSC marketing and commission programs.
