Responsibilities
- Perform service (mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires) and repair work for customers as directed.
- Conduct fleet inspections as scheduled.
- Ensure the assigned truck is adequately supplied before departing the store location to handle service calls.
- Follow proper and safe procedures at all times while performing jobs.
- Use personal protective equipment according to regulations and policies.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness in the work area.
- Complete any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver License with a good record.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Good communication skills required.
- Commercial Tire Experience (Medium Truck, Ag, Industrial, OTR) is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in tire service (2 years preferred).
