About The Position
We're looking for a Superintendent- someone who can take full ownership of a job site, lead crews confidently, and ensure projects run right from start to finish. You'll be trusted to work, make decisions in the field, and represent Hargrove with clients and GCs.
Requirements
- Proven experience running commercial roofing or construction jobs
- Someone who takes pride in clean, well-run projects (not shortcuts)
- Strong leadership- crews respect you and follow your direction
- Professional on-site presence with clients and GCs
- Detail-oriented with documentation and reporting
- OSHA certification preferred (OSHA 30 is a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a good record

Responsibilities
- Running commercial roofing projects from pre-con through closeout
- Managing crews, schedules, and site logistics hands-on
- Ensuring work meets manufacturer specs and passes inspection the first time
- Communicating directly with clients and GCs on-site
- Identifying issues early and solving them without creating unnecessary change orders
- Properly documenting any out-of-scope work for billing
- Using CenterPoint CRM to track job progress and keep clean, organized reports
- Leading daily safety meetings (JSA) and owning job site safety
- Traveling to projects as needed
