About the position

North American Roofing boasts over 45 years of expertise in providing high-quality flat and low slope commercial roofing solutions across the United States. Specializing in TPO, PVC, and EPDM roofing systems, we excel in delivering durable and energy-efficient roofing solutions tailored to meet the needs of commercial and industrial clients. While our primary markets are concentrated in the Southeast, our capabilities extend nationwide, allowing us to effectively serve clients wherever their projects take them. We are searching for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team on the install/production side of the business. Candidates with commercial roofing experience project management experience will receive priority contact, if you're a subject matter expert looking to join a highly technical team, let's discuss further. Purpose of the job: The Project Manager is the primary company representative responsible for the overall final design, implementation, direction, completion, and financial outcome of major building envelope related projects (specifically within commercial roofing).

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise all activities to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, and safe manner.
  • Act as the principal customer service representative and industry professional to a wide range of stakeholders after project handoff.
  • Meet and exceed contract commitments, project challenges, customer needs, and expectations.
  • Work closely with project administrators, CAD administrators, estimators, business development, project operations, accounting, vendors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in leadership/management
  • 5+ years in relevant industry (construction, roofing, building envelope)
  • Experience with multi-site management
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Client Facing Experience
  • Experience working with subcontractors
  • Project Management Experience- preconstruction, project execution, project closeout
  • Management of personnel and functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
