About the position

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking Commercial Roofers for low slope commercial roofing. This full-time position offers year-round work with a starting pay of $25 per hour, based on previous commercial roofing experience. The role involves performing various roofing tasks while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance on all roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roofs.
• Complete assigned tasks daily with strong attention to detail.
• Follow OSHA regulations and demonstrate safe work practices on job sites.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet the physical demands of the position.
• Lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Communicate effectively with the Commercial Field Superintendent and work collaboratively with others.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial roofing repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work at heights and not be afraid of heights.
• Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform strenuous tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
