About the position
The Commercial Roof Project Manager will oversee various commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating labor figures, reviewing estimates, and managing a team of foremen and superintendents. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial roofing and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures
- Review estimates with management
- Work with a variety of commercial roofs including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more
- Run commercial roofing projects on time and under budget
- Manage crews of foremen, superintendents, etc.
- Conduct site visits to assess current roof systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of estimating experience
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with commercial roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to lead a team or crew
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Analytical and ambitious
