Extraco Banks is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Commercial Relationship Banker to support our commercial banking teams in our Temple market. This role plays a key part in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing administrative and operational support for both deposit and lending activities. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in financial services
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to commercial and consumer clients.
  • Open and service business and personal deposit accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries including loans, deposits, and wire requests.
  • Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs.
  • Assist Lending Specialists with loan processing and closing activities.
  • Coordinate documentation including appraisals, title work, and inspections.
  • Collect financial documents to support loan compliance requirements.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and support portfolio monitoring.
  • Prioritize and manage daily workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate deadlines, and support team events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional President and lending team.
  • Maintain proficiency in banking systems and tools (CRM, core systems, etc.).
  • Partner with internal teams including Deposit Ops, Loan Ops, Retail, Mortgage, and Treasury.
  • Make referrals to internal specialists based on customer needs.
  • Support business development initiatives and sales goals.
  • Participate in community and networking activities to build relationships.
