The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and commercial refrigeration i.e. grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers, etc. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems. The technician will also communicate status updates for parts and repairs, complete service calls accurately and timely, audit truck stock, and ensure service vehicles and tools meet company standards. Meeting on-call requirements is also part of the role.
