The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and commercial refrigeration i.e. grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers, etc. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems. The technician will communicate status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customers, complete service calls accurately and timely, audit truck stock, and ensure service vehicles, tools, and uniforms meet company standards. The position also includes on-call responsibilities.
