Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid PL01 license in Washington.
• Experience in commercial plumbing.
• Ability to work on prevailing wage jobs.
• Knowledge of UPC for application in Washington and Idaho.
• Working knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Capable of supervising and training apprentices.
• Ability to complete projects without direct supervision.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, carry heavy equipment, and perform various physical tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Journeyman license in Idaho.
• 5+ years of experience in plumbing.
