About The Position
We are seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, who have 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate enjoys creating order out of chaos and is always looking for ways to improve processes. You should be technically fluent, particularly with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable learning new software quickly. Excellent communication skills are essential, with a "team-first" attitude and the ability to professionally and persistently follow up with senior engineers for data or vendors for tracking numbers. The role requires comfort in a fast-paced environment, which may involve being on your feet or lifting/moving parts up to 25 lbs.
