About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to join the Commercial Real Estate & Syndicated Lending Operations Servicing team. In this role, you will provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products, coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues, and interact with internal and external customers. You will ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while providing customer service, loan and regulatory diligence. Additionally, you will evaluate and upload data into the systems of record, serve as a primary liaison with various teams, review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, and provide guidance and training to peers. This position requires collaboration with colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, as well as presenting recommendations for resolving complex situations.
